Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing procurement of permanent contract materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
· Assisting the Project manager with scheduling and budget monitoring to keep projects on track.
· Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to manage submittals, RFIs, preconstruction meetings, and schedules.
· Tracking and maintaining procurement logs and ensuring as built/redline drawings are up to date.
· Supporting the field team by resolving engineering and design issues as they arise.
· Assisting with change order pricing and documentation.
· Managing project closeout documentation to ensure a smooth handover.
· Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on project scope.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in construction management or project management, or at least six years of relevant construction experience.
· Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work collaboratively with teams in the field and office.
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment:
This role involves a combination of office and field work based on project requirements. Travel to project sites may be required depending on the scope of work. Safety is a priority, and we provide the necessary training and protective equipment to ensure a secure work environment.
Salary and Benefits:
· $65,000-$85,000 per year depending on experience.
