Job Details

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on Supreme Court and Appellate cases, providing legal expertise and support within a highly reputable law firm. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling complex litigation matters and appeals in both federal and state courts. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your skills and experience can make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all stages of litigation and appeals, including pre-trial preparation, trial, post-trial motions, and appeals in both federal and state courts.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and petitions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and legal theories.
  • Argue cases before federal and state judges, and administrative law judges.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best representation for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal precedents, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to a state bar and eligibility to practice law in federal courts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and trial, specifically in Supreme Court and Appellate cases.
  • Proven experience with federal courts, state courts, appeals, federal judges, state governments, educational institutions, administrative law, and petitions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to argue cases effectively and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
