Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in the Norristown area with pay starting at 85K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with all aspects of the litigation process and providing support to attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with case management from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Organize and maintain case files
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Assist with trial preparation

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working in a litigation practice
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
