Job Details
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with strong defense-side experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and has hands-on experience supporting cases through trial.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and case documents
- Coordinate and manage eDiscovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
- Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Maintain and track litigation deadlines, calendars, and filings
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, binders, and witness files
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense preferred)
- Hands-on experience with trial preparation and support
- Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, or similar)
- Familiarity with Texas state and federal court procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
