Litigation Paralegal

Whether working independently or as part of a litigation team, you are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple matters while meeting strict deadlines. You bring a strong understanding of the litigation life cycle, with the experience and judgment to move tasks forward with limited oversight. You communicate effectively with attorneys and team members, recognize the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, and consistently deliver thorough, polished work product in a fast‑paced environment. You are technology‑savvy, comfortable working with Microsoft Office and eDiscovery platforms, and willing to learn new systems as needed. A collaborative mindset, strong sense of accountability, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm supporting commercial and complex business litigation matters
- Experience maintaining court deadlines and case calendars, filing documents through ECF and state court systems, and conducting PACER and legal research
- A 2‑ or 4‑year degree and paralegal certificate preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted for education

Salary/ Wage Range - $85,000- $115,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans and paid time off.
