Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a growing Atlanta law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support high‑volume commercial and insurance defense litigation teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑moving practice with strong career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and case documents
• Organize case files, review records, and prepare trial materials
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and attorney calendars
• Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Manage litigation databases and maintain deadlines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of GA civil procedure
• Excellent document management and organizational skills
