We are on the hunt for a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Litigation Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and use your exceptional skills to support our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing legal documents, preparing for hearings and trials, and managing case files. This role is best suited for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and format legal and management reports.
2. Manage all aspects of legal and document preparation.
3. Coordinate and manage calendars for team members, including scheduling appointments, depositions, hearings, and trials.
4. Assist with trial preparations, including organizing exhibits, files, and all other supporting documents.
5. Draft and proofread correspondence, court papers, and other legal and non-legal documents.
6. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, judicial administrative staff, and other relevant parties as necessary.
7. Maintain electronic and paper files in compliance with current policies and procedures.
8. Utilize case management system, billing system, transcription, and other types of software to complete assignments.
9. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary.
2. Extensive knowledge and understanding of procedures and terminology for civil litigation.
3. Proven experience in hearing and trial preparation.
4. Exceptional skills in drafting and formatting various legal documents.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal research software.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
