Litigation Attorney
Job Summary
The Litigation Attorney will handle civil litigation and employment matters, with a focus on arguing motions in court and drafting legal documents. This role involves real, hands-on motion practice and legal writing.
Responsibilities
- Argue motions in court in civil litigation and employment cases.
- Draft, review, and revise motions and related legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to support motions and court appearances.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategy.
- Manage assigned casework and meet all relevant deadlines.
Requirements
- Ideally 1 3 years of experience in litigation.
- Experience with civil litigation and/or employment law.
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to appear and argue motions in court.
