Job Details

Regional Firm with National recognition is seeking an attorney with products liability litigation experience to join our Philadelphia office! The role will involve working closely with our clients to provide strategic counsel, advocacy, and legal services.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting comprehensive and thorough legal research, analysis, and writing in connection with products liability cases.
2. Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
3. Represent clients in a wide range of products liability litigation claims.
4. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
5. Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases.
6. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
8. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
9. Develop and implement litigation strategy for defense of products liability cases.


Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in NJ and PA.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience with products liability litigation.
4. Proven background in the successful handling of a heavy motion practice and discovery.
5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
6. Ability to independently manage a significant caseload.
7. In-depth understanding of products liability law and strong courtroom experience.
