The role: Litigation Attorney with experience in Florida Lemon Law and/or plaintiff-side insurance litigation who wants more than just case volume — this is an opportunity to work in a practice that blends high-file activity with meaningful legal strategy and motion work.

This firm handles a significant caseload while also challenging controversial laws, leading consumer-rights litigation, and participating in complex matters including multidistrict litigation against major corporations.
You won’t be micromanaged. You won’t be buried in administrative work. You’ll be trusted to run your files and move cases toward resolution.

Job Details

If you have experience in lemon law or plaintiff insurance litigation and want to be part of a firm that combines volume, strategy, and meaningful legal impact, this is a unique opportunity to step into a respected and growing plaintiff practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a plaintiff-side litigation caseload from filing through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations
  • Apply Florida lemon law and insurance statutes to drive case strategy
  • Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
  • Appear in court and argue motions as needed
  • Move cases efficiently toward settlement or trial

Qualifications
  • Active Florida Bar license
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in Florida Lemon Law and/or plaintiff first-party property, PIP, bad faith, or related insurance litigation
  • Comfortable managing cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and litigation timelines
  • Deposition and hearing experience preferred
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume caseload
