We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five years of civil litigation experience who is ready to bring strong advocacy skills into education law while continuing to handle sophisticated civil tort matters. This role is ideal for a litigator who wants their work to create real, tangible impact on people’s lives and futures, while maintaining balance through a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days per week in the office.
This position may also be remote for candidates who are actively licensed to practice law in California, with occasional appearances for team and court purposes.

$160,000 - $220,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters
- Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances
- Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client’s unique goals
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials
- Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy
