Job Details

We seek a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Scottsdale AZ office. Focus on property subrogation, complex fire-loss litigation, and related areas (product defect, construction defect, premises liability, insurance, general liability) throughout the western U.S.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload from intake through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motions, expert management, depositions, and trial prep.
Analyze technical evidence, handle expert-driven cases, and develop strategies for high-dollar recoveries.
Draft briefs, conduct legal research, and present oral arguments with minimal supervision.
Collaborate on complex subrogation/insurance matters and build client/case relationships.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in at least one western U.S. jurisdiction (AZ, CA [preferred], NV, WA, OR, CO, UT, or NM).
3–5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense background encouraged for transition to plaintiff's work).
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience with expert-driven/technical cases a plus.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
