We are working with a national Am Law 200 law firm that advises regional, national, and global businesses on a wide range of sophisticated legal matters across more than 25 specialized practice and industry groups! They are currently looking for a Litigation Associate to join their financial services/commercial litigation team!
Location St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Hybrid remote/office schedule after training period
Base Salary: $150k-$200k/year
Billable hour requirement: 1800/year (150 of those hours are allocated for training and pro-bono work - bonuses off of 1650/year!)

Job Details
We currently have an opening in the St. Louis office for a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the Litigation Practice Group, working on commercial litigation involving financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions. A strong focus on FINRA arbitration with experience advising on financial services regulatory and compliance matters is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management.
- Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
- Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings.
- Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
- Assist in trial preparation including strategy, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of litigation based practice required; experience with financial services regulatory and compliance matters is preferred.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Active Missouri bar license in good standing
