Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with all aspects of litigation case management
- Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize legal documents
- Perform e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Maintain confidential information, files, records, legal documents, and reports
- Submit intake forms and conflicts checks; process time entry and client billing
- Maintain attorneys' calendars and schedule travel, meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Who You Are
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of civil and labor & employment litigation experience, with California-specific experience required
- Proactive, flexible, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Professional
- Strong experience with electronic document management systems
- Exceptional knowledge of California and Federal court rules, procedures, e-filing, and calendaring
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and attention to detail

Salary Range (San Diego): $70,000 - $100,000
Compensation is determined based on market factors, job responsibilities, and the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
