Nesco Resource is hiring for our client!
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing lumber and pallet manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value safety, and want a consistent schedule with long weekends and weekly bonus potential.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Weekly Bonus: Earn an additional $60 per week when 40 hours are worked
Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Enjoy a three-day weekend every week
Job Overview
The Line Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by safely producing lumber and pallets that meet company quality and production standards. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, keeps the work area clean and organized, and promotes a strong culture of safety.
What You'll Do
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Hands-On Production
Cut lumber and/or assemble pallets in a fast-paced production environment.
Band and tag finished stacks of lumber and/or pallets.
Accurately complete required production documentation.
Safety & Team Support
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Help ensure equipment and workspaces are safe for daily operation.
Quality & Equipment Checks (10%)
Complete pre-shift equipment inspections.
Identify and report equipment, safety, or quality concerns.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Additional Support
Assist with physical inventory counts as required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or manual labor preferred.
Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.
Able to perform labor-intensive work in a production environment.
What Helps You Stand Out
Forklift certification (preferred, not required).
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when needed.
Prior warehouse or production experience.
Physical & Work Environment
Labor-intensive role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion.
Manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
None.
Equipment & Tools Used
Common warehouse and production equipment (training provided).
