Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite and friendly individual with a willing to learn attitude. The individual should be punctual and reliable. Should be ale to complete basic food prepping tasks. Individual will be expected to prepare and cook food, according to recipes. Line Cooks need to be able to handle a fast-paced operation while embodying Love, Energy, and Food. Will play an essential role in contributing to guest satisfaction. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in stocking and setting up kitchen stations.

• Prepping food including cleaning and cutting ingredients. 

• Plating food according to menu builds.

• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils at the end of shifts. 

• Follow proper food and safety standards and regulations.

• Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen Team Members and management to reorder supplies.
