We are seeking a focused, detail-driven Line Cook / Sandwich Maker who understands that assembling a sandwich is not just a task it is a craft.
This role is central to our guest experience.
The Role
The Line Cook / Sandwich Maker is responsible for executing sandwiches and cold line items with precision, consistency, and urgency while maintaining an organized and pristine station.
You will:
Assemble sandwiches exactly to recipe specifications
Maintain speed without sacrificing presentation
Ensure proper portioning and consistency
Communicate clearly with grill, prep, and expo
Manage ticket flow during high-volume service
Maintain a clean and fully stocked station at all times
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Support prep production when needed
This is a fast-paced environment. Calm focus and strong systems are essential.
Qualifications
1 2+ years of line, deli, or sandwich experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and portion control
Clean, organized work habits
Team-oriented mindset
Professional communication skills
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
