This is a great opportunity to work in a professional private club kitchen that values teamwork, consistency, and pride in presentation

Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and quality

Support pantry, garde manger, and line execution during service

Assist with prep, organization, and cleanliness of kitchen stations

Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards

Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards

Work collaboratively with Chef and culinary team

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or pantry experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Team-oriented with strong work ethic

Knowledge of basic knife skills and kitchen organization

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and events
