San Dune Pub is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We're a longtime favorite in Manzanita, serving up quality American food and drinks in a welcoming lodge-style atmosphere. About Us: San Dune Pub has been a community gathering place for years, known for our hearty American fare and friendly service. Our lodge-style space features a comfortable patio, TVs, and video poker creating a relaxed vibe where locals and visitors alike come to enjoy great food and drinks.

The Role: As a Line Cook, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards
  
• Managing your station efficiently during service
  
• Working collaboratively with kitchen team members
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cooking environment
  
• Following recipes and plating standards consistently
  
• Communicating effectively with servers and management
  

What We're Looking For: You should have cooking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. We value team players who take pride in their work and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.

Schedule: This is a part-time position. You'll work Friday through Monday, 3:30pm 10:00pm per shift. We're open four days a week, so this is perfect if you're looking for consistent, predictable hours.
