Line Cook

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Line Cook to support our kitchen team by preparing ingredients, following recipes, and keeping our back-of-house operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen and can work with consistency and accuracy.

Part Time - Must be available Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes (chopping, slicing, portioning, mixing, etc.)

• Assist with daily kitchen prep for dinner service

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures

• Make Pizza and Pasta Dishes

• Properly store and rotate food (FIFO)

• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
