Position Overview
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to chef specifications and club standards while maintaining efficiency and consistency during service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
- Set up and stock assigned stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing procedures
- Perform effectively during high-volume service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of line cook or kitchen experience preferred; country club or banquet experience a plus
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Schedule
