Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin currently has openings for experienced cooks for AM and PM shifts. Applicants must have schedule flexibility, ability to work weekends as well as passion and a willingness to learn. Dependability, organization, creativity and leadership are key components of this position. MVGC offers traditional line service and banquet style events with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. This is an hourly position with a competitive wage with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders adhering to the preparation, portion control, plating, and garnishment procedures as specified
  
• Set up equipment, prep food based on the business forecast and events
  
• Maintain the kitchen, food preparation, and food storage areas in an attractive, sanitary manner
  
• Knowledge of menu, recipes and preparation procedures
  
• Practice proper sanitation procedures at all times
