We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team!

Recently re-opened, Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature dishes in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style.


Requirements:
-2+ years of high volume, upscale restaurant experience
-Open availability incuding nights and weekends
-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
-Ability to work under pressure
-A love of modern food and drink
-Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift inlcuding bending and stooping
