QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Reliable transportation to and from vehicle location
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Strong punctuality and communication
  • Experience driving larger vehicles is preferred
  • Chauffeur, limo, black car, party bus, executive transport, or hospitality experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely drive clients to and from events, venues, hotels, airports, and private locations
  • Arrive early, stay organized, and keep each trip running on time
  • Deliver a high-end guest experience from pickup to drop-off
  • Greet passengers in a warm, professional way and help set the tone for the trip
  • Assist guests as needed when entering and exiting the vehicle
  • Maintain a calm, polished presence during busy, high-energy, or late-night trips
  • Keep the Sprinter limo clean, stocked, fueled, and fully ready for service
  • Monitor the condition and presentation of the vehicle before and after each booking
  • Communicate clearly with clients and management about timing, route changes, delays, and special requests
  • Handle wait time, traffic, and schedule changes with patience and professionalism
  • Respect client privacy and provide discreet, courteous service at all times
  • Help create a VIP experience by focusing on comfort, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Represent the company well through appearance, attitude, and customer service
  • Report any vehicle, safety, or client-service issues right away
