Job Title: Fabrication Specialist B
Location: West Jordan, UT (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Variable Shifts (1st and 2nd, 4/10 schedule)

• 1st Shift: 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  Duration: 6 Months (possible full-time conversion)
  Pay Rate: $38/hr
  Travel: Not required
  Interviews: Local candidates – in-person; Non-local – phone/video

Overview

We are seeking Fabrication Specialists to join the composite fabrication team in West Jordan, Utah. This is a hands-on role in a stable work environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and respect.

This role is responsible for composite fabrication, machine operations, and assembly tasks to support production requirements. Candidates should have prior experience with composite fabrication techniques and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform composite Client-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.

• Execute composite bagging, forming, drilling, and bonding.

• Prepare tooling and operate composite fabrication machines.

• Set up and run machines for production work.

• Safely operate overhead cranes (preferred).

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with composite fabrication.

• Proficiency in machine operations.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating an overhead crane.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Typically 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Details

• Full-time role on a 4/10 schedule.

• Successful completion of 1 week of classroom training is required prior to assignment.

• Possible overtime opportunities.
