Brewster Village is looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers who want to work in a team-based environment, where Person Directed Living is our top priority.
Under direct supervision of the Life Enrichment Manager, the Life Enrichment Specialist works cooperatively with villagers, families and coworkers to create a household environment that promotes villager directed living. The Life Enrichment Specialist coordinates life enrichment opportunities based on villagers' choice to enhance their sense of well being and to promote physical, cognitive and emotional health. These include but are not limited to: self esteem, pleasure, comfort, education, creativity, success and independence. The Life Enrichment Specialist maintains the cleanliness of the household, which includes public areas and villager's rooms.
Opportunities available to work an average of 20 or 28 hours per week from 8:00am-4:30pm and will include working a schedule that includes 2 weekends out of every 6 as well as alternating holidays. Benefits Included!
