Schedule: Part-time 16 hours per week | Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Department: Meadowlark Retirement Village | Sparta, MI
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement a wide range of activities and events.
- Develop monthly activity calendars.
- Facilitate individual and group activities that support physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
- Work closely with Care Partners and leadership to ensure all activities are aligned with Elder care plans and any medical or mobility considerations.
- Support other team members in executing daily routines and special events.
- Maintain accurate records of Elder participation and engagement, noting individual preferences and any changes in behavior or health.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in senior living, preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field, preferred.
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
