Job Details

This is 100% on site - salaried position.

As part of the Licensing team, this role supports the Licensing function within the Sales Department while working closely with Sales Representatives and the Accounting team. The Licensing Assistant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with order and licensing processes. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and categorize data within internal systems

Assist with the preparation and review of licensing documentation

Maintain accurate records and support group recordkeeping

Learn and support order processing activities

Communicate with Sales, software users, and purchasing departments regarding orders and outstanding requests

Provide backup support to Licensing and Contracts Associates and other team members

Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and collaboratively

Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this rol
