Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with motivated property owners and convert opportunities into signed listing agreements.
  • Lead negotiations with professionalism, advocating for clients and ensuring smooth transactions through closing.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and team members to keep deals on track.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless experience from contract to close.
  • Use CRM systems to track performance, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience that drives positive reviews, repeat business, and long-term referrals.
Qualifications:
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented professional with a practical, results-driven approach.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, proficient in CRM systems and marketing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Strong relationship builder who connects easily with clients and turns opportunities into business.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent time management and reliable follow-through.
  • Confident and professional on calls, skilled at converting conversations into qualified appointments.
  • Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license with dependable local transportation.
  • Clear and polished communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled negotiator focused on achieving win-win outcomes while protecting client interests.
  • Holds an active South Carolina Real Estate License or is willing to obtain one before the start date.
