- Lead negotiations with professionalism and expertise, advocating for clients while guiding transactions smoothly to closing.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and team members to ensure alignment and steady deal progression.
- Collaborate closely with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from contract to close.
- Utilize CRM systems to track performance, manage follow-ups, and maintain a well-structured, conversion-focused pipeline.
- Provide a personalized, high-touch client experience that drives five-star reviews, repeat business, and long-term referrals.
- A resourceful, solutions-oriented professional who approaches challenges with practical thinking and a strong results focus.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using CRM systems and marketing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

- Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license with reliable local transportation.

- Holds an active South Carolina Real Estate License—or is able to obtain one before the start date.
