We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, client-obsessed Buyer’s Agent to join our fast-growing real estate team — and this isn’t just another agent role. This is an opportunity to plug into real momentum.

You MUST hold an active South Carolina real estate license to be considered. No exceptions. If you’re not actively licensed in SC, this position is not a fit.

If you are licensed and ready to win, keep reading.

In this role, you won’t be chasing random cold leads. You’ll work with pre-qualified buyers, guiding them confidently from first showing to closing day. You’ll schedule and lead property tours, craft strong offers, negotiate like a pro, and manage transactions with excellence and attention to detail.

You’ll be the trusted advisor. The calm in the chaos. The expert who makes the process feel smooth, strategic, and even fun.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is motivated and goal-driven (you don’t need babysitting)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Loves serving clients at a high level
  • Wants to grow — professionally and financially

If you’re hungry to level up your career, surround yourself with driven professionals, and plug into a team that’s serious about growth — this is your moment.

Active South Carolina real estate license is required. Apply only if you’re licensed and ready to go.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and lead property tours, organize open houses, and conduct buyer consultations for prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary intermediary between buyers and sellers (or listing agents) to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
  • Advise clients throughout the full home-buying journey, including budgeting, financing options, and mortgage processes.
  • Proactively connect with and nurture pre-qualified and warm leads to identify their needs and align them with appropriate properties.
  • Draft, review, and manage key transaction documents such as buyer agency agreements, purchase contracts, closing disclosures, deeds, and lease agreements.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and tailored, attentive service.
  • Offer knowledgeable guidance on local market trends, conditions, and effective home-buying strategies.
  • Assist buyers in understanding financing options and guide them through the offer preparation and submission process.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements to achieve favorable terms and successful outcomes for clients.
  • Provide a seamless, five-star experience from the initial consultation through closing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups, and remain adaptable with scheduling, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and dependable transportation for client appointments and property tours.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships.
  • Maintain a proven track record of successful real estate sales performance.
  • Have a solid understanding of the local real estate market and current housing trends.
  • Bring at least one year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a comparable real estate position.
  • Hold an active South Carolina Real Estate License.
  • Show comprehensive knowledge of the Charleston market and surrounding communities.
  • Apply strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable results for clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions.
  • Be highly driven, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Maintain availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
