What You’ll Do

·       Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate solutions

·       Resolve escalated or complex issues with empathy and expertise

·       Share information about products or services to help customers make informed decisions

 

What You Bring

·       An active Property and Casualty License for North Carolina

·       Customer service experience of at least six months

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       A strong sense of integrity and respect for customer privacy

·       Comfort using computers and digital tools
