Your Impact
Provide direct patient care including assessments, monitoring, and documentation
Review clinical data and evaluate patient symptoms and progress
Develop and implement nursing care plans within state scope of practice and provider orders
Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
Coordinate care with providers and support continuity of treatment plans
Respond to medical concerns and emergencies using sound clinical judgment
Perform physical assessments and maintain accurate medical records
