- MUST HAVE D LICENSE.
- SPANISH IS A PLUS.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Good communication skills in the English Language.
- Must have a concierge experience.
- Good report-writing skills.
- One year of experience working on Guard House and Rover.
- Able to pay attention to details.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Overnight Security Officer to join our team.
The Security Officer will be responsible:
- For maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- The candidate must be able to walk, stand for long periods of time and work in inclement weather cold, hot, or rain.
SCHEDULES AS FOLLOWS:
- 1ST:
- THURSDAY 2PM TO 10PM
- SATURDAY 6 AM TO 2PM
- PART TIME 16 HOURS
- 2ND:
- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
- 2PM TO 10 PM
- PART TIME 16 HOURS
