What Youll Do

Lead Client Relationships:

Be the trusted advisor and primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are handled with urgency and care.

Consult With Purpose:

Provide personalized insurance solutions that protect families and businesses based on their unique goals.

Manage and Protect Accounts:

Guide clients through policy updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments to keep them properly protected.

Grow Our Reach:

Use your bilingual skills to expand our presence within the Spanish-speaking community and generate new opportunities.

Educate and Empower:

Help clients understand their coverage options and claims process so they can make confident decisions.

Build Long-Term Loyalty:

Create strong, trust-based relationships that turn clients into lifelong customers of Chargoy Allstate.

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License required, or currently in progress (must be licensed within 14 days)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• 12 years of insurance sales or related experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Professional presence with the ability to build trust quickly
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office technology
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow through performance
