Were looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with at least 2 years of experience, ideally with Allstate experience, who knows how to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and close business.
What Youll Do:
Sell and service personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Umbrella, and more)
Identify client needs and recommend coverage solutions
Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive environment
Provide outstanding customer service while growing your book of business
What Were Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
2+ years of insurance sales experience (Allstate background strongly preferred)
A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Strong closing skills and confidence on the phone and in person
Self-motivated with a desire to earn and grow
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and warm leads
- Confidently make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
- Prospect via phone, internet, and in-person opportunities
- Build referral partnerships with local business professionals
- Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored coverage solutions
- Educate clients on protecting their homes, autos, lives, and financial future
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Requirements
This is a performance role for experienced sales professionals.
- Proven sales track record REQUIRED
- Property & Casualty Insurance License - REQUIRED
- Experience in commission-based sales with a strong competitive drive
- Confident communicator comfortable with rejection and high call volume
- Self-starter with urgency, discipline, and follow-through
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
- Previous experience with Allstate Agencies (preferred)
