We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility in the Orlando area. This role is ideal for an administrator who knows how to drive census, maintain survey readiness, and lead a strong interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure full compliance with Florida and federal regulations
- Lead and support department heads across nursing, rehab, and ancillary services
- Lead with strong customer service and maintain strong occupancy
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls
- Maintain survey readiness and lead during inspections
- Build and sustain a positive culture for staff and residents
Qualifications
- Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SNF Administrator (REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of Florida survey process and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to improve operations, census, and team performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
