Job Description
Provide essential daily care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming, while monitoring vitals and assisting with mobility under nurse supervision.
Job Duties:
- Daily Living Assistance: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding patients.
- Medical Monitoring: Checking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and reporting changes to nurses.
- Mobility Support: Helping patients transfer between beds, wheelchairs, and chairs, and assisting with walking.
Job Requirements:
- NH State License as a LNA
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a LNA.
