Licensed Mental Health Therapist

The Lourdes Center is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to serve in our expanding Sioux Falls location. We are looking for a Therapist who is passionate about integrating their expertise in the psychological sciences with the Catholic vision of the human person.

The qualified candidate will be a team player who is interested in using their expertise to provide faith-based counseling, education and programming.

Therapist Qualifications/Skills:

• Well formed in the Catholic understanding of a person
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Ability integrate Catholic anthropology
• Strong clinical skills

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
• SD Licensure LPC, LPC-MH, LCSW-PIP, LMFT, Psy. D, Ph.D.
• 3 + years of clinical experience
