Location: Rhode Island (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary

This remote role is for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth sessions to clients in Rhode Island. Your work will be direct and practical: run sessions, document well, follow care plans, and help clients build coping strategies they can use. The schedule is standard business hours—no rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth and maintain professional clinical standards
• Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant history to guide care
• Develop treatment plans, update goals, and document outcomes consistently
• Apply evidence-informed interventions appropriate for each client
• Maintain accurate progress notes and required clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care partners or refer out when clinically indicated
• Follow safety workflows for risk concerns, including appropriate escalation steps

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island independent license in good standing (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC)
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field aligned with licensure
• Prior experience delivering therapy in an outpatient setting
• Strong written documentation skills and comfort using an EMR
• Ability to work reliably within a weekday schedule and meet session/notes timelines
