Location: Illinois

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role focuses on providing structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent care that supports emotional stability and long-term progress. Your work directly impacts access to mental health services across Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing treatment documentation
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Illinois standards
• Collaborate with internal clinical leadership when needed

Requirements

• Active Illinois LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
