Responsibilities include:
- Directing and managing comprehensive surveying projects, such as boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, utility, and construction layout surveys.
- Supervising field teams, offering technical support, and ensuring precision and quality from project initiation to completion.
- Conducting research, drafting legal descriptions, and reviewing plats, deeds, and easement documents.
- Handling project timelines, budgets, and deliverables specific to survey tasks.
- Collaborating with engineering teams (Civil/Site, Structural, Traffic, GIS, and Water/Wastewater) on cross-disciplinary project development.
- Maintaining adherence to local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards.
- Liaising with municipal and private clients, providing reliable communication and expert guidance.
- Mentoring junior staff, fostering their technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain swiftly).
- 5+ years of land surveying experience with demonstrable leadership in both field and office environments.
- Expertise in boundary and topographic surveying, legal frameworks, and construction layout.
- Skilled in GPS, total stations, data collectors, and CAD-based surveying tools (e.g., Civil 3D).
- Knowledgeable in local zoning, subdivision, and land development regulations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience in supervising survey teams, managing schedules, and handling project documentation.
