Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals and agency objectives with the support of your team.
- Build connections with clients, local businesses, and community members.
- Call leads, share insurance options, and guide customers toward the right coverage.
- Provide friendly, professional service and treat every customer like family.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
- Take part in training to build your sales skills and insurance knowledge.
Requirements
- Must have 1 Year prior insurance experience with ALLSTATE and/or STATE FARM.
- Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
- Candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and hit performance requirements.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools.
