Stan Tebow Allstate Agency is looking for a full-time Allstate Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Our Anchorage agency is unique because we value conversations and the advice and education we bring to our customers. We're not here to sell a product. We are here to bring peace of mind to families. As an insurance sales representative, you will be advising our clients by finding them the best fit with our amazing insurance products and outstanding services, as well as actively looking to bring new clients into the agency. Candidates will only move forward IF they have previous Allstate experience and an active Alaska Property and Casualty License.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Be excellent at relationship building
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Meet sales goals and quotas as set by management

• Must have previous Allstate experience.
• Must currently possess an Alaska Property and Casualty License.
• Candidate must be located in the AK or PDT timezone.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Basic computer software knowledge
• Great Written/Verbal communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• May be required to pass a criminal background check in regard to fraud, financials, and identity theft convictions
• Due to time zone in Alaska, we are looking for Mountain Time Zone, Hawaii Time Zone, or Pacific.
