Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day:
- Advise clients on Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs
- Build lasting relationships through service and transparency
- Meet and exceed performance goals with the full backing of our leadership team
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: Active 220 or 2044 license (Florida preferred, or non-resident license eligible)
- Experience with Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers, USAA, or AAA is a plus
- Coachable, competitive, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Available to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
