As a trusted leader in the industry, Noffsinger Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction. This in-office requires a strong background in client retention, as well as a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing inquiries, claims, and policy updates.
- Proactively assess customer needs and offer appropriate coverage solutions.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce customer churn and improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
- Monitor and track retention goals and metrics to ensure departmental success.
- Recognize opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell current clients.
Requirements
- Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer retention, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to handle client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
