Licensed Insurance Client Relationship Manager

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead client policy reviews and coverage consultations
• Recommend solutions to protect personal and business assets
• Build upon our established, long-term, trust-based client relationships
• Colloborate with a high-performing, professional team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up standards
• Partner with agency leadership to help guide service strategy, team development, and long-tem client relationship standards

• 4+ years of insurance agency experience
• Hold a current Property & Casualty License and/or Life & Health License
• Carry executive presence and communicate confidently in person, by phone, and in writing
• Think like an owner - proactive, accountable, and detail-driven
• Are comfortable advising business owners, professionals, and established client relationships
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM/agency management systems and Microsoft Office
