This position offers a minimum base salary of $40k, plus uncapped commission (ability to make over $100k) and bonus opportunities!
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies based on their unique needs and risks.
- Develop personalized insurance plans, including property, casualty, and potentially other lines of coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients remain adequately covered as their circumstances change.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
- Assist clients with policy changes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer facing service role.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and policy structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
