Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

The Licensed Independent Social Workersupports clients navigating anxiety, depression, and life challenges through consistent virtual care. This role emphasizes thoughtful assessment, clear goal-setting, and dependable follow-through, allowing you to focus on clinical work without office distractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services to clients via secure video sessions
• Perform psychosocial assessments
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Follow state and federal compliance requirements

Requirements

• Active Ohio LISW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
• Strong organizational skills
