Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services that help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. This position emphasizes consistent care delivery, clinical autonomy, and structured workflows in a remote setting.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to adult clients
• Assess psychosocial needs and clinical progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed
• Follow Ohio regulatory and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Ohio LISW license or licensure eligibility
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
• Strong organizational and clinical assessment skills
